Our fifth lot of Rosé Bubbly was made in the Charmat method, where the wine underwent a natural fermentation in a pressure tank to create its persistent bubbles. This year's lot expresses fruity notes of raspberries, a lively effervescence, with a medium body on the palate and an off-dry finish. Enjoy with green salads with fruit or barbecued meats.
Blend: 29% Marquette, 25% Frontenac Blanc, 24% Frontenac Gris, 22% Frontenac
